• Talent requirement:

About 5 years of working experience in AC drive VFD in the automation industry;

target companies considering brands: 

1. Delta LS 

2. European and American brands(Danfoss, Schneider, Siemens or ABB)

3. Japanese brands(Yaskawa, Hitachi)

or consider outstanding talents from the agents of these companies.

 

 

• Position responsibility:

Coordinate resources to complete the company's sales goals;

Market research, output market development strategy and business plan;

Channel, industry, project customer development;

Old customer maintenance;

Marketing plan planning and execution;

Collect market information and output market reports.

 

• 任职要求

1. 拥有约 5 年自动化行业变频器（VFD）相关工作经验；


2. 目标人选需具备以下品牌从业背景：① 台达、乐星② 欧美品牌（丹佛斯、施耐德、西门子或 ABB）③ 日系品牌（安川、日立）亦可吸纳上述品牌代理商体系内的优秀人才。

 

• 岗位职责

1. 统筹协调内外部资源，达成公司既定销售目标；


2. 开展市场调研分析，输出市场拓展战略及商业规划方案；


3. 负责渠道客户、行业客户及项目型客户的开发与拓展工作；


4. 做好存量客户的维护与关系深耕，提升客户粘性与复购率；


5. 牵头策划市场营销方案，并推动方案落地执行；


6. 收集整理市场动态与竞品信息，形成并输出市场分析报告。
