The project is in the key construction phase, with a total investment of approximately €500 million+. We are looking for an experienced Construction-phase Finance Director to lead the project’s financial management work, coordinate with JV shareholders (including local government) and multiple banks, and ensure the smooth progress of the project’s financial work.

Job Responsibilities（工作职责）
Lead the overall financial strategy and management of the project during the construction phase, focusing on CAPEX control, financial governance, and regular financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the project’s overall objectives and compliance requirements.
Oversee the entire capital expenditure (CAPEX) management process, including budget formulation, cost control, fund allocation, and tracking of project spending, to ensure efficient and rational use of funds for the €500M+ project.
Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders, including JV shareholders
Manage a lean finance team (2 direct reports), undertake hands-on financial work while providing guidance and supervision to the team, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data and reports.
Establish and improve the project’s financial management system and internal control mechanisms, optimize financial processes, and mitigate financial risks during the construction phase.
Participate in key project decisions, provide professional financial advice and support for project investment, fund raising, contract review, and cost control, to ensure the financial feasibility and efficiency of the project.
Ensure compliance with local financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards, complete financial filing and reporting work as required, and coordinate with external regulatory authorities when necessary.

主导项目建设期整体财务战略及管理工作，聚焦资本开支（CAPEX）控制、财务治理及定期财务报告，确保与项目整体目标及合规要求保持一致。
负责整个资本开支（CAPEX）管理流程，包括预算制定、成本控制、资金调配及项目支出跟踪，保障5亿欧元以上项目资金的高效、合理使用。
协调对接各关键利益相关方，包括合资股东（含地方政府）、多家银行、项目建设团队及外部审计机构，维护良好合作关系，确保信息传递顺畅、问题高效解决。
管理精干财务团队（2名直接下属），在承担实操性财务工作的同时，对团队进行指导和监督，确保财务数据及报告的准确性、及时性和完整性。
建立并完善项目财务管理体系及内部控制机制，优化财务流程，防范建设期财务风险。
参与项目重大决策，为项目投资、融资、合同审核、成本控制等工作提供专业财务建议和支持，保障项目财务可行性及效益。
确保遵守当地财务法律法规及会计准则，按要求完成财务备案及报告工作，必要时协调对接外部监管机构。

Job Requirements（任职要求）
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA are preferred.
8+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years of experience in construction-phase finance management for large-scale projects (preferably €300M+), and experience in theme parks, construction, infrastructure, or energy industries is highly preferred.
Proven experience in CAPEX control, project financial governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate complex relationships among JV shareholders, banks, and other parties.
Hands-on work style, able to work independently and take charge of specific financial tasks, adapting to the lean team operation mode.
Fluent in Mandarin (required) and English (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and read/write professional financial documents in English.
Strong Asia market exposure, familiar with local financial policies, laws, and regulations in China, with experience in cooperating with local government and banks is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work on-site in Shenzhen.

本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济等相关专业；持有CPA、ACCA、CMA等专业资格证书者优先。
8年以上财务管理经验，其中至少5年大型项目（优先3亿欧元以上）建设期财务管理经验，有主题乐园、建筑、基建或能源行业经验者优先。
具备丰富的资本开支（CAPEX）控制、项目财务治理及利益相关方管理经验，能够协调合资股东、银行等多方复杂关系。
工作务实，具备较强的实操能力，能独立承担具体财务工作，适应精干团队的运作模式。
普通话流利（必备），英语听说读写流利，能够与国际利益相关方有效沟通，熟练阅读撰写英文专业财务文件。
具备较强的亚洲市场经验，熟悉中国本地财务政策、法律法规，有与地方政府、银行合作经验者加分。
具备出色的分析、解决问题及决策能力，责任心强、专业素养高，能承受一定工作压力。
愿意在深圳现场办公。
