1. 售前岗位



职位描述:



The purpose of the pre-sales role is primarily revenue growth through B2B interfacing. The task is to advance sales from a technical perspective, to explain the products, features and advantages to solve use cases and objectives. The target audiences are installers, distributors, large direct installers, EPC’s or engineering firms. The owner of the role is viewed as the window to product information and includes the development and ownership of GW+ content.



• The role supports product launches towards all internal and external stake holders. This includes product information, features and “how to sell” guidelines.



• The role supports the local Country Sales Manager and interfaces HQ.



• The holder of this roles receives tasks form the local sales manager and HQ. 



• Details are explained in the bullet points below. It is to understand that not all the tasks below must be completed at the same time but prioritized with the manager and planned in regular meetings.

Technical Sales



• Trains channel partners and installers.



• Supports sales team in meetings.



•  Creates sales enablement materials.



•  Collecting customer feedback on product, needs, local codes and requirements.



•  Collect feedback about competition.



•  Supports ECR (engineering change requests) to HQ to develop or improve products and solutions.



•  Collect and weigh information about competitors and share with HQ.



•  Collect feedback on GW’s product strengths and weaknesses for HQ.



 



Product Launches



• Prepare material for product launches



• Follow the pre-sales part of the launch process



1) A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude



2) Excellent time management and organizational skills



3) Adapt to frequent travel JOB DESCRIPTON .



 



Requirements:



• BS in EE or similar



• Fluent in speaking and writing English



• Has a driver license



• Willing to travel 50%



 



2. 售后岗位



职位描述:



1) Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support.



2) Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.



3) Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions



4) Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis



5) Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.



6) Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.



 



任职要求:



1) Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.



2) Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings



3) Strong ability to analyze and solve problems independently.



4) Reliable and self-motivated



5) The ability to learn new technologies quickly



6) Strong Microsoft office skills



7) Ability to work effectively in a team environment,



8) Excellent communication skills



9) A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude



10) Excellent time management and organizational skills



11) Adapt to frequent travel
