5. 执行公司制定的整体销售策略,执行所负责客户的年度、季度及月度销售计划,确保销售业绩达成,提升市场份额。
6. 持续开展市场调研,收集行业动态、竞品信息及策略,为公司业务布局和产品规划提供决策依据
7. 结合市场行情,及时传递客户需求,协助推进和布局公司各类产品的相关认证,确保产品符合行业准入标准,应对认证政策变化带来的挑战
8. 代表公司参与海外展会、商务拜访、线上线下商务对接活动,树立公司国际化品牌形象,分享本土市场经验,协助团队提升本土化运营能力。

3、工作经验背景:8年以上美国数据中心、IDC、网络集成商相关从业经验,对所在行业有深刻理解,有相关行业资源者优先

Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for developing strategic clients in the data communication market, focus on core products, explore client demands, and accumulate high-quality client resources.
2.Conduct in-depth client analysis, pinpoint clients’ business pain points and future development layouts, and build solid client channels as well as strategic partnerships.
3. Lead business negotiations, drive contract signing and order acquisition; be accountable for timely collection of sales payment, ensure compliance of contract terms and safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests.
4. Deepen client relationships, conduct regular client visits and facilitate senior-level exchanges, improve client satisfaction and loyalty, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key clients.
5. Implement the company’s overall sales strategy, execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for assigned clients, ensure the achievement of sales targets and increase market share.
6. Continuously conduct market research, collect industry trends, competitor information and strategies, and provide decision-making support for the company’s business layout and product planning.
7. Timely feedback client demands based on market conditions, assist in promoting and arranging certifications for the company’s products, ensure products meet industry access standards, and cope with challenges brought by changes in certification policies.
8. Represent the company in overseas exhibitions, business visits, online and offline business docking events, build the company’s international brand image, share local market experience, and assist the team in improving local operation capabilities.
Job Requirements
2. Education Background: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on major.
3. Working Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience in the US data center, IDC and network integrator industries; have in-depth understanding of the industry, and candidates with relevant industry resources are preferred.
4. Professional Skills: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, public relations and emergency response capabilities; able to work under high pressure.
5. Personal Competencies: Strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and excellent execution.
