【职位概述 / Position Overview】



我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的销售与营销总监,全面负责品牌在美国市场的战略规划、渠道拓展及品牌建设工作。作为连接总部与美国市场的关键桥梁,您需要带领团队实现业绩增长,并确保公司在合规的前提下最大化市场份额。(We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our strategic planning, channel expansion, and brand building in the US market. As a key bridge between HQ and the US market, you will lead the team to achieve revenue growth and maximize market share while ensuring full compliance.)



【核心职责 / Key Responsibilities】



战略规划与执行: 制定美国市场的年度销售与营销战略,拆解业绩目标,带领团队完成销售指标及利润目标。(Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies for the US market; break down performance targets and lead the team to achieve sales quotas and profit goals.)



渠道开发与维护: 拓展并维护全美范围内的分销商、批发商及核心零售连锁(如电子烟专卖店、便利店等);优化销售链路,提升渠道覆盖率。(Expand and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail chains across the US; optimize sales pipelines and improve channel coverage.)



品牌营销与推广: 策划并执行符合美国本土文化的品牌营销活动、展会及新品发布会;管理社交媒体与数字营销,提升品牌知名度与用户粘性。(Plan and execute localized brand marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches; manage social media and digital marketing to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.)



主导数字营销投放(Google, Meta, TikTok等),监控ROI,优化广告投放策略,建立高效的私域流量运营体系。Lead digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), monitor ROI, optimize ad delivery strategies, and establish an efficient private domain traffic operation system.



市场洞察与合规: 敏锐洞察美国电子烟行业政策(如PMTA法规)及市场趋势,收集竞品情报,为公司产品迭代和合规经营提供决策支持。(Monitor US vape industry policies (e.g., PMTA regulations) and market trends; collect competitive intelligence to support product iteration and compliant operations.)



团队建设与管理: 搭建并管理高绩效的美国本土销售与营销团队,建立有效的考核与激励机制。(Build and manage a high-performing local sales and marketing team; establish effective assessment and incentive mechanisms.)



 



【任职要求 / Qualifications】



身份要求: 美籍华人或持有美国绿卡,可合法在美国长期工作及自由出差。(Must be a Chinese-American or US Green Card holder, authorized to work in the US with flexibility for travel.)



行业经验: 5年以上美国市场销售或营销管理经验,必须具备电子烟(Vaping)、雾化科技或相关快消品行业背景。(5+ years of sales or marketing management experience in the US market; prior experience in the vaping, atomization tech, or related FMCG industry is mandatory.)



渠道资源: 拥有丰富的美国本土电子烟渠道资源(分销商、Smoke Shop、Vape Shop连锁等)者优先考虑。(Candidates with established networks in US vape channels—distributors, Smoke Shops, Vape Shop chains—are highly preferred.)



语言能力: 精通中英文(普通话),具备出色的跨文化沟通能力和商务谈判技巧。(Fluent in both English and Mandarin; exceptional cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills.)



综合素质: 具备极强的目标导向、抗压能力及团队领导力,熟悉美国本土商业文化与法律法规。(Strong goal orientation, resilience, and leadership skills; deep understanding of US business culture and regulations.)
