马来西亚公司已注册完毕，办公室在吉隆坡，工厂在巴生。巴生工厂筹建中，预计10月投产，设备供应商已招标完成，工厂租赁合同签约中。
巴生工厂为全自动产线，1700万吨，全厂10人左右，一线工人2，物流中方外派1，出纳中方外派1，品牌中方外派
现急需工厂厂长和财务经理牵头工厂前期筹建工作。
Our Malaysian Factory has been fully registered, with its administrative office located in Kuala Lumpur and its manufacturing facility situated in Klang. The Klang facility is currently under construction and is projected to commence production in October. The tendering process for equipment suppliers has been completed, and the lease agreement for the factory premises is currently being finalized.
The Klang facility will feature a fully automated production line with an annual capacity of 17 million tons. The entire facility will be staffed by a team of approximately 10 personnel, comprising two frontline workers and five expatriate staff members dispatched from China (one for logistics, one for treasury, and one for brand management).
We are currently seeking to recruit a Factory Manager and a Financial Manager to take the lead in overseeing the preliminary preparatory work for the facility's establishment.
岗位职责
1、统筹工厂整体生产计划，落地产能、交付、成本管控指标，优化生产效率与物料损耗。
2、规范生产工艺标准，处理生产及质量异常，持续优化工艺，提升产品良品率。
3、负责厂区设备运维保养，严格遵守马来西亚安全、环保、劳工合规要求，杜绝重大安全事故。
4、管理本地生产团队，开展培训、绩效考核，做好跨文化管理，稳定生产团队。
5、推行5S、精益生产，优化厂区现场管理，降本增效。
6、对接集团总部、本地供应商及相关机构，定期输出生产运营报表，落实总部各项管理要求。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，化工、肥料、机械、农学等相关专业优先。
2、5年以上肥料、复合肥、精细化工生产管理经验，具备规模化工厂全盘管理经验，熟悉缓控释肥、水溶肥工艺者优先。
3、优先考虑有马来西亚/东南亚工厂管理经验，熟悉当地生产、安全及劳工合规政策者。
4、中文流利对接国内总部，具备商务英语能力，可独立管理本地团队。
5、精通生产管控、设备运维、精益降本，具备较强统筹能力、应急处理能力及跨文化管理能力。
6、可长期驻外马来西亚，抗压能力强，工作稳定。
Job Responsibilities
Oversee overall production planning to meet capacity, delivery, and cost targets; optimize efficiency and material waste.
Standardize production processes, resolve quality issues, and continuously improve yield rates.
Manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s safety, environmental, and labor regulations; prevent major accidents.
Lead and develop local production team, including training and performance reviews; handle cross-cultural management.
Implement 5S and lean production to reduce costs and improve site management.
Liaise with HQ, local suppliers, and authorities; submit regular production reports and execute HQ directives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors: Chemical Engineering, Fertilizer, Mechanical, Agriculture.
5+ years of production management experience in fertilizer, compound fertilizer, or fine chemicals; experience with controlled-release or water-soluble fertilizers preferred.
Malaysia/Southeast Asia factory management experience and knowledge of local compliance (safety, labor) preferred.
Fluent in Chinese (for HQ communication) and business English (for local team management).
Strong skills in production control, equipment maintenance, lean cost reduction, overall coordination, crisis response, and cross-cultural management.
Willing to relocate long-term to Malaysia; resilient and stable.
Preferred Plus
Experience with top agri/chemical companies (BASF, Yara, Sinochem, Yuntianhua).
Experience in overseas plant setup, ramp-up, and capacity release.
Familiarity with advanced fertilizer processes and quality control systems.
