Thailand Factory Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Based on PC's weekly/monthly production plan, confirm manpower, machine, material, method, environment (4M1E) are sufficient; discuss with PC promptly.
- Check daily production status; immediately coordinate with relevant teams to address abnormal models.
- Verify monthly routing headcount vs. actual; request IE correction for discrepancies.
- Monitor daily labor utilization rate; identify root causes for shortfalls and propose improvements.
- Respond immediately to OQC rejects and implement corrective actions.
- Control production scrap; identify causes and improve.
- Standardize floor management (segregate good/bad products; operator proficiency; key position training).
- Understand employee concerns; conduct exit interviews and surveys to reduce turnover.
- Review DL cost, analyze, and improve.
- Control production materials and ensure same-day disposition of non-conforming products.
- Weekly meeting summary and key priorities for the following week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Production safety knowledge (risk identification, training, first aid, fire safety)
- Establish and maintain 6S standards; conduct training
- Quality control requirements and historical issue analysis (process risk identification)
- Workshop logistics management and system knowledge
- Basic knowledge of lithium battery design and production processes
- Continuous improvement knowledge (including savings calculation)
- Systematic ESD management knowledge (principles, analysis, control, monitoring)
- Company management policies
- IE knowledge (standard time calculation, line balancing, headcount calculation, ergonomics, layout optimization)
- Quality management system knowledge (internal auditor, company and departmental procedures)
- Chinese and Thai speakers preferred
