SUMMARY:  

The Thailand Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for the daily end-to-end supply chain operations at the Thailand factory, including production planning, procurement, logistics/customs clearance, and warehouse management. During the initial low-volume phase, the role requires effective coordination with Guangzhou Headquarters through remote guidance and scheduling to ensure local operations are fully aligned with central strategy, maintaining supply chain stability and cost efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Local Operations Management

Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure on-time execution of production plans, timely material supply, and optimal inventory levels.

Manage local procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, and control cost and quality.

Supervise logistics, customs clearance, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and compliant material flow.

Continuously improve local supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Cross-Regional Collaboration

Serve as the key point of contact for the Thailand supply chain, maintaining close communication with the Guangzhou supply chain team and implementing instructions from headquarters.

Regularly report local operational data, issues, and improvement suggestions to the headquarters team.

Support headquarters in global supply chain planning, inventory allocation, order tracking, and other collaborative tasks.

Team and System Development

Under the guidance of headquarters, assist in building the local supply chain team (initially may involve multi-role responsibilities).

Participate in localizing supply chain processes and systems in compliance with both headquarters standards and Thai regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hands-on experience across key supply chain functions: production planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management. 熟悉生产计划、采购、物流、仓储等供应链全环节操作

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize supply chain processes and resolve operational issues independently. 具备供应链数据分析与流程优化能力，能独立解决运营问题

Understanding of Thai regulations and market practices related to logistics, customs, and taxation. 了解泰国本地物流、报关、税务等法规与市场实践

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. 熟练使用ERP/MRP系统及Office办公软件

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for seamless verbal communication with the Guangzhou team. 中文流利，能无障碍与广州团队进行口语沟通

English or Thai proficiency as an additional working language. 英文或泰语可作为工作语言之一

Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to a hybrid remote and on-site working model. 具备出色的跨文化沟通能力，适应远程协作与线下执行结合的工作模式

Experience working in supply chain roles for multinational or Chinese-invested companies overseas. 有跨国公司或中资企业海外供应链工作经验者优先

Experience in new factory startup or small-team management in a supply chain context. 参与过新工厂供应链搭建或初创团队管理者优先。

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Warehouse, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流仓储或相关专业

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations. 5年以上供应链相关工作经验
