JOB TITLE: Senior Account ManagerESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1、Own the business by understanding the business and Identifying business opportunities through thought leadership and team collaboration. Translate business opportunities into account-specific strategies and tactics that drive market share, growth, account management, and category management. 2、Own the relationship with merchant team for all communications and follow-up to develop deep trust and reliability. 3、Prepare, communicate, share, and oversee joint business plans which will deliver on the sales and profit growth plans for all meetings, line reviews and promotional planning events. 3、Effectively collaborate and coordinate activity with internal teams –the China HQ factory teams to deliver company’s business priorities. Foster team coordination, training, and engagement. 4、Drive promotional programs by influencing placement to increase sales with creative ideas, forecasting. Monitor promo performance and seek improvement opportunities. 5、Develop, track and improve ways to monitor our brands, competition, and the marketplace. 6、Research consumer/market trends and needs to aid in new product development and sales planning. 7、Lead new product development discussions and follow-up to achieve distribution. 8、Drive initiatives which deliver improved levels of customer service and satisfaction. 9、Analyze data sources to create selling strategies and programs that deliver win-win outcomes. 10、Build repport, communicate strategy, and negotiate with a full array of Target decision makers to increase distribution, improve merchandising, and improved marketing. 11、Analyze sales trends and make recommendations to maximize opportunities, while analyzing forecasting metrics and data to ensure accurate targets are met. QUALIFICATIONS:1、5+ years experience in managing Target business or relevant experience 2、Direct import experience is required. 3、Home electrics experience is preferred. 4、Bachelor\\\\'s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5、 Demonstrated track record of achieving demanding goals. 6、 Demonstrated track record of strong presentation, writing, analytical, influencing and negotiating skills. 7、Ability to travel domestically and internationally. 8、Work from home within Minneapolis area.
