JD- 岗位职责：一、项目投资评估与开发负责东南亚区域海外光伏项目的市场调研、可行性分析、投资测算及全流程管控；开展属地政策研究、土地资源核查、环评评估工作，保障项目合规落地、贴合市场需求。测算项目资金需求，制定融资方案并统筹资金落地相关配套工作。二、项目落地与全周期管理统筹光伏项目全生命周期管理，涵盖项目立项、前期开发、工程建设、电站运营全阶段；对接当地政府、能源主管部门、行业协会及合作方，维系良好政企合作关系，争取政策扶持与各类项目资源。牵头土地租赁、环评办理、技术方案确认、各类行政审批手续办理，保障项目按期投产交付。三、融资及合作方管理制定并落地项目融资方案，协同海外属地团队拓展银行信贷、机构股权投资等多元融资渠道；维护投资方、金融合作方及各相关方客情关系，推进项目落地实施。四、市场拓展与政策研判跟踪全球新能源行业政策、市场行情变化，动态调整海外光伏业务开发策略；挖掘海外光伏新增投资机会与新兴目标市场；持续开展市场深度分析，定期输出行业研判报告。五、团队管理与人才培养统筹投资开发团队管理，搭建完善团队体系，统筹把控所有项目进度、成本与工程质量，保障项目按期、控本、保质交付。任职要求：具备成熟投资平台 / 投资基金管理实操经验，熟悉股权、债权双渠道投融资业务；新能源行业从业至少 10 年，经手落地投融资项目总规模不低于 1 亿美元。双语能力：中文母语，英语流利可作为工作语言。拥有东南亚光伏实操经验，深耕越南、马来西亚、菲律宾、印尼、泰国市场优先。具备合资公司搭建、并购交易实操经验，完整操盘过从项目挖掘、尽调、投资落地至退出的全投资周期业务。出色商务沟通、商务谈判、跨部门协同统筹能力。优秀市场研判分析能力，对行业发展趋势、投资机会具备敏锐判断力。

 

 

- Job Responsibilities：

Project Investment Evaluation & Development

Conduct market research, feasibility study, investment assessment and full-process management for overseas PV projects, with a focus on Southeast Asia.

Carry out policy research, land resource review and environmental impact assessment to ensure compliance with regulations and market demands.

Evaluate capital requirements, formulate financing plans and support fund arrangement.

Project Execution & Management Oversee the full lifecycle of PV projects including project initiation, development, construction and operation.

Maintain sound communication with local governments, energy authorities, industry associations and partners to secure policy support and resources.

Lead land leasing, EIA, technical solution confirmation and administrative approval to ensure on-time project delivery.

Financing & Partner Management Develop and execute project financing plans, and cooperate with overseas teams to explore financing channels such as bank loans and institutional investment.

Manage relationships with investors, financial partners and stakeholders to drive project implementation.

Market Expansion & Policy Research Monitor industry policies and market trends to adjust development strategies.

Identify investment opportunities and emerging markets for overseas PV businesses.

Conduct market analysis and deliver regular industry reports.

Team Management & Training Lead the investment & development team, strengthen team building, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and with guaranteed quality.

 

- Job Requirements：

Significant track record in managing investment platforms and vehicles with exposure on both - equity and financing with minimum 10 years in renewable energy with at least $100M of transactions. Bilingual - with native Chinese and English. Experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Experience in structing JVCos, M&A transactions and the entire investment cycle from origination to exit. Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-departmental coordination skills. Strong market analysis capability with a keen insight into industry dynamics and investment opportunities.
