Leads development projects, analyzes and designs new products and systems, and improves existing products. 主导开发项目，负责新产品及系统的分析与设计，并对现有产品进行改进。
Designs and/or improves products considering manufacturability, quality and cost with a thorough understanding of design tools and methods. Reviews and approves work done by associate engineers and drafters. 通过全面设计的工具和方法，结合产品可制造性，性价比等因素，设计和/或改进产品。 同时审查和批准由助理设计工程师完成的工作。
Solves problems with a thorough understanding of tradeoffs in problem solving to drive optimized designs. 解决问题，充分了解并使用权衡方法解决产品设计中的问题，以推动优化设计。
Leads in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications. Translates customer needs to manufacturing requirements. 主导客户需求的发掘，并制定相关产品规格书。 将客户需求转变为制造要求。
Creates test plans and develops new test protocol for products or components, with a solid understanding of reliability and fail.在充分了解产品可靠性基础上，为新产品或其组件制定新的测试协议与计划。
Complete the temporary tasks assigned by superiors.完成上级安排的临时性工作任务。
教育背景Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational experience 电气工程或相关专业，本科学历
工作经验Experience: 5 years experience of motor design 5年以上电机设计经验
"专业知识及技能Professional Knowledge and Skills:
• 5 years’ experience within application, design, or development in electric motor industry 5年或以上电机应用、设计和开发方面的经验
• Familiarity with electric motors, including PMSM and IM, with good knowledge of motor theory, motor testing, manufacturing process and quality control, etc. 熟悉电机产品，包括永磁同步电机和异步感应电机，了解电机的相关理论、测试、制造工艺和品质控制等。
• Ability to design motor products with limited guidance, using motor design softwares and drafting softwares 能够在有限的指导下使用电机设计软件和制图软件开发电机产品
• Familiarity with Electro-Mangnetic FEA softwares (e.g. MotorCAD or Ansys Maxwell, etc.), and with drafting softwares (e.g. Solidworks) 熟悉MotorCAd或Ansys Maxwell等电磁仿真软件。熟练使用Solidworks等制图软件。
• Project Management skill is a plus 有项目管理技能更佳
• Familiarity with Hermetic motor or refrigeration compressor application is a plus 了解制冷压缩机用电机更佳
• Ability to work independently to complete milestones 能够独立工作，完成项目里程碑交付任务
• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities 良好的时间管理技巧和优先考虑的能力
