Job Title: HR Manager/SupervisorLocation: On-site role in Monterrey, Mexico



Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Monterrey, Mexico. This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, attendance and payroll administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive, industrial equipment, thermal management, or solar / photovoltaic industries. Experience supporting large manufacturing plants with both hourly and salaried employees is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, excellent communication skills in Spanish, and experience working with multinational organizations are strong advantages.



Key Responsibilities



• Manage daily HR operations for the Mexico plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, training, and offboarding• Support hiring for direct labor, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and office positions• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and related documentation in compliance with local labor requirements• Coordinate payroll-related information, including attendance, overtime, absences, and employee changes• Handle employee relations matters, workplace communication, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution• Support training programs, performance reviews, employee development, and engagement activities• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company rules are properly implemented across the plant• Support compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, internal audits, and government requirements• Track headcount, turnover, attendance, and other HR data; prepare regular HR reports as needed• Work closely with production, operations, finance, and management teams to support workforce stability and plant operations• Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned



Qualifications Experience



• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role. • Strong preference for experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment, or solar / photovoltaic component manufacturing. • Proven experience supporting large manufacturing plants with 300+ employees, including both direct labor and indirect staff. • Extensive experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll coordination, training & development, compliance, and offboarding. • Experience leading HR teams and partnering closely with plant leadership to support business objectives. • Solid experience handling labor relations, employee engagement initiatives, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies is highly preferred.Preferred Background• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive, industrial equipment, thermal management, or solar / photovoltaic industries.• Experience with multinational or internationally recognized manufacturing companies is highly preferred.• Proven experience supporting manufacturing plants with large hourly workforces and complex employee relations.• Demonstrated success partnering with plant leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce stability.• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational support.• Experience supporting plant start-ups, rapid expansion, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.Key Competencie• Full-cycle HR operation• Manufacturing recruitment• Employee relations• Attendance and payroll coordination• Labor compliance• Training and performance support• HR reporting• Strong communication• Cross-functional coordination• Plant workforce management

主要工作职责



负责墨西哥工厂人力资源全流程日常运营,包含招聘、入职、员工关系、考勤、培训、离职全流程管理



统筹一线操作工、技术员、工程师、主管及办公室职能岗位的招聘工作



按照当地劳动法规要求,妥善保管员工档案、劳动合同、人事资料及各类配套文件



统筹薪资核算相关数据,包含考勤、加班、休假、员工人事信息变更等资料整理对接



处理各类员工关系事宜,搭建厂区内部沟通渠道,执行违纪处理流程,协调化解劳资冲突



统筹落地培训体系、绩效考核、员工成长计划及员工关怀团建活动



推动全厂落地执行公司人力资源制度、流程及管理规范



保障工厂运营符合墨西哥劳动法规、公司内部制度,配合内部审计及政府监管核查工作



统计员工编制、人员流失率、考勤等各项人力数据,按需定期出具人力分析报表



与生产、运营、财务及管理层紧密协作,保障人员稳定、支撑工厂正常生产运营



完成上级安排的其他人力资源专项项目及行政类工作



任职要求 —— 工作经验



人力资源、工商管理、心理学、劳动关系或相关专业本科及以上学历



5 年及以上人力资源全模块进阶从业经验,其中至少 3 年人力资源管理 / 团队主管管理岗经验



优先具备制造业、汽车、工业设备、太阳能光伏零部件生产行业人力相关经验



有服务 300 人以上大型工厂实操经验,熟悉一线直接生产人员与职能间接人员管理



完整操盘人力资源全模块工作:招聘入职、员工关系、绩效、薪酬对接、培训发展、合规管控、离职管理



具备人力团队管理经验,可配合工厂管理层落地业务发展目标



熟练处理劳资关系、员工关怀活动、内部事件调查、员工违纪处分、矛盾调解工作



有跨国制造企业工作经历者优先



优先加分条件



大型制造业背景,汽车、工业设备、热管理、光伏行业经验优先



跨国知名制造企业从业经历优先



管理过大量小时工群体、处理复杂劳资关系的实操经验



能配合厂区管理层优化组织效率、稳定人员流失,并有成功落地案例
