The ideal candidate will be the strategic anchor in Ohio, managing alliance relationships and driving sell-out velocity across 145+ current truck networks.Key Responsibilities:Alliance Management: Serve as the primary local point of contact for Cornwell, Matco, and Mac Tools headquarters in Ohio. Maintain high-level relationships with their purchasing managers and regional directors.Joint Marketing Strategy: Design and execute customized "Flyer Programs," quarterly promotional calendars, and exclusive product bundles tailored for each tool truck alliance.Budget & ROI Management: Oversee a multi-million RMB ($550K+ USD) marketing budget. Allocate funds efficiently across NHRA sponsorship activation, PTEN media exposure, and Tool Fairs (Cornwell/Matco/Medco annual rallies).Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the local Field Marketing Specialist, setting clear KPIs for truck coverage and regional sales growth.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of channel marketing or sales experience specifically within the US Automotive Aftermarket, Mobile Tool Truck networks (Snap-on, Matco, Mac, Cornwell), or Tier-1 Hand Tool brands (Milwaukee, DeWalt).Must possess existing, verifiable relationships with key decision-makers or regional managers within Cornwell, Matco, or Mac Tools.Proven experience managing large-scale trade show booths and sponsorship activations (e.g., NHRA, industry expos).Strong capability to work independently under a cross-border reporting structure.

This role is the "boots on the ground" for our tool truck channel, responsible for directly supporting independent mobile tool truck dealers across Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. You will hit the road, conduct ride-alongs with truck drivers, upgrade in-vehicle displays, and run localized consumer promotions at auto repair shops to drive rapid sell-out.Key Responsibilities:Truck Optimization & Merchandising: Visit the 65+ existing tool trucks in MI/OH and 39+ in PA. Upgrade their in-truck Olight displays with premium LED-lighted racks to maximize visual impact.Ride-Alongs & Dealer Training: Regularly conduct "Ride-Alongs" with tool truck drivers.
