1. Installation & Commissioning: Inspect installations and perform start-up, commissioning, parameter setting and handover of data-center precision-cooling systems in Thailand.

2. Maintenance & Incident Response: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor equipment/BMS alarms, respond within SLA, conduct root-cause analysis, and restore redundancy and stable operation.

3. Site Safety & Vendor Management: Work under PTW, LOTO, MOP/SOP/EOP, security and change-control requirements; supervise local contractors and service partners.

4. Training & Documentation: Train local dealers, service providers and customer engineers; prepare commissioning, maintenance, inspection, spare-parts and warranty records in Thai and English.

5. Regional Delivery & Customer Management: Coordinate HQ, logistics, spare-parts teams and agents, support multi-site delivery across Thailand, handle urgent complaints and close the loop on failure information.



1. Education/Experience: Diploma or above in a relevant field; 3+ years in precision-cooling/HVAC service or critical-facility O&M. Data-center experience preferred.

2. Technical: Service CRAC/CRAH, chillers, pumps and BMS; read schematics/P&IDs and use electrical/refrigeration diagnostic tools.

3. Languages: Fluent Thai; working English; Mandarin preferred.

4. Licences/Safety: Thai DSD Building Electrician competency certificate where electrical work is included; COE licence only for regulated engineering work. Complete site PTW/LOTO training.

5. Other: 24×7 on-call and Thailand travel; legal work rights; driving licence preferred.
