1. Installation & Commissioning: Provide on-site guidance, commissioning, and parameter configuration for large-scale VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, chiller units, and data center precision air conditioners in Malaysia and Southeast Asia region.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair: Conduct rapid remote and on-site troubleshooting for system faults including refrigeration systems, electrical control systems, EXV (Electronic Expansion Valve), load balancing valves, and suction motorized valves.

3. Technical Training: Provide training to local distributors, service providers, and customer engineers to build localized service capabilities.

4. Regional Delivery: Oversee the delivery progress of Southeast Asia projects, coordinate spare parts, logistics, and agents to ensure equipment uptime rate.

5. Quality Feedback: Collect actual operating condition data, form closed-loop feedback, and drive product adaptability improvement for Southeast Asia market.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Handle urgent customer complaints, conduct cross-cultural communication, and improve regional customer satisfaction.

 

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's Degree or above in HVAC background, Built Environment and Energy Application Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or other related majors.

2. Industry Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of after-sales service experience in central air conditioning or precision air conditioning industry.

· Familiar with the commissioning logic of VRF systems, and able to read complex electrical schematic diagrams and refrigeration system diagrams.

· Priority will be given to candidates who are familiar with the principles of large chiller unit starter cabinets / soft starters.

· Priority will be given to candidates with overseas working experience.

3. Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, able to use English as the working language for fluent technical communication, email correspondence, and reading English technical documents.

4. Skills & Certificates:

· Hold Low Voltage Electrician Certificate and Special Operation Certificate for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Work.

· Proficient in using multimeters, clamp meters, and other related equipment.

5. Comprehensive Competencies:

· Fluent in Mandarin, able to use Mandarin as the working language for communication with headquarters, work reports, and training delivery.

· Strong adaptability: Able to accept long-term overseas business trips (usually short-term project-based trips or 1-2 month rotations), and have the ability to independently solve problems in foreign countries.

· Strong service awareness: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and emotional management ability, able to properly handle urgent complaints from overseas customers.

· Strong hands-on ability: Hard-working, able to adapt to different on-site working environments such as data center equipment rooms and construction sites.
