SUMMARY:  

PE工程师将助力提升TWS量产产品制程稳定性和竞争力，增强生产防错能力和风险识别，为客户提供零缺陷产品。

- The PE Engineer contributes to improving the process stability and competitiveness of mass-produced TWS products, strengthening production error-proofing and risk identification, and delivering zero-defect products to customers.

RESPONSIBILITES:

主导量产产品工程变更执行。

- Lead the implementation of engineering changes for mass-production products.

试产转量产前的Bom确认。

- Verify BOM prior to pilot-to-mass production transition.

量产产品的Bom更新，ECN/ECR的发行和确认。

- Update BOM for mass-production products, initiate and confirm ECN / ECR.

量产产品过程风险持续识别，工艺持续提升和持续加强防呆。

- Continuously identify process risks of mass-production products, optimize processes and reinforce error-proofing measures.

量产产品的夹具的优化和改善

- Optimize and improve jigs & fixtures for mass-production products.

推动持续改善，包含效率提升、制程优化、降低成本等。

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including productivity enhancement, process optimization and cost reduction.

解析并处理产品生产过程中的质量问题。

- Investigate and resolve quality issues arising during production.

批量不良品的不良分析和改善对策制定。

- Analyze batch non-conformities and formulate corrective actions.

处理客诉不良，对不良品进行分析，制定有效的处理方案。

- Handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis on defective units and define effective resolution plans.

量产产品的PFMEA更新。

- Maintain and update PFMEA for mass-production products.

应对量产产品客户审核。

- Support customer audits for mass-production products.

REQUIREMENTS:

熟悉Pack生工艺流程

- Familiar with Pack production workflow;

熟悉产品结构

- Familiar with product construction;

熟悉产品性能

- Familiar with product performance specifications;

较强的分析能力

- Strong analytical skills;

较强的交流沟通和协调能力

- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills;

对PFMEA有一定的认知，能更新新识别的风险

- Basic knowledge of PFMEA, capable of updating newly identified risks;

较强提出问题对策能力和故障分析排查能力

- Competent in developing countermeasures and conducting failure troubleshooting;

具备英语听说能力

- Able to communicate in English (listening & speaking).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

具备3年以上工艺经验和电子行业工作经验，有Pack行业经验，优先考虑。  

- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in electronics industry; candidates with Pack industry background are preferred.

拥有机械、自动化或电子等相关理工科大专以上学历。

- College diploma or above in Mechanical, Automation, Electronics or other related science & engineering disciplines.
