一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1、深入分析巴西公司各项进出口业务场景，调研玛瑙斯当地进出口管理系统，以确保 NCMcode、进出口申报资料、进出口货物物流系统可视化管理，符合当地海关监管要求。
Conduct in-depth analysis of various import and export business scenarios of the Brazilian company, research local import and export management systems in Manaus, to ensure the visual management of NCM codes, import and export declaration documents, and import and export cargo logistics systems, in line with local customs supervision requirements.
2、负责建厂时期生产线设备及后续全部产品的进口 NCM code 归类，搜集整理归类需要的技术参数要素。
Responsible for the import NCM code classification of production line equipment during the factory construction period and all subsequent products, and collect and sort out the technical parameter elements required for classification.
3、负责巴西公司进口、出口内部管理流程、外部申报流程制定。
Responsible for formulating internal management processes and external declaration processes for imports and exports of the Brazilian company.
4、负责 SUFRAMA、DCRE、DCI 申报工作。
Responsible for SUFRAMA, DCRE, and DCI declaration work.
5、负责进出口相关的成本管控，玛瑙斯本地清关行、码头堆存仓、机场堆存仓供应商价格谈判及合同签订，玛瑙斯本地运输、巴西国内运输、运输货运保险供应商价格谈判及合同签订。
Responsible for cost control related to imports and exports, price negotiations and contract signing with local customs brokers, port storage warehouses, and airport storage warehouses in Manaus, as well as with suppliers of local transportation in Manaus, domestic transportation in Brazil, and transportation cargo insurance.
6、负责与成都公司、其他供应商对接巴西公司的所有进出口工作。
Responsible for coordinating all import and export work of the Brazilian company with Chengdu Company and other suppliers.

二、任职资格 Qualifications
1、大学本科或以上学历，英语具备读写说能力，国际贸易或物流管理等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), major in International Trade, Logistics Management or related fields.

2、具备 5 年以上制造业进出口物流工作经验，其中至少 3 年专注于巴西玛瑙斯州的进出口相关工作。
More than 5 years of experience in import and export logistics in the manufacturing industry,with at least 3 years focusing on import and export related work in Manaus, Brazil.
3、具备海关 NCM code 归类能力。
Possess the ability of customs NCM code classification.
4、对巴西海关的流程有深刻理解和实战经验。
Have a deep understanding and practical experience of Brazilian Customs processes.
5、具有电子制造业从业经验。
Have work experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.
6、熟练使用 SAP 系统。
Proficient in using SAP system.
