Job Responsibilities
1. Provide technical services for feed additives to the company's clients, which include feed and breeding enterprises in Brazil and other South American regions. These services cover technical communication, consultation responses, provision of professional information, exchange of technical documents and data, and resolution of pain points and difficulties encountered by clients in the breeding of monogastric animals (such as pigs and chickens) and the application of feed.
2. Participate in local industry academic exchange activities in South America and Brazil, and deliver academic reports on feed additive technologies related to monogastric animals on behalf of the company.
3. Keep track of the market situation and trends of main feed ingredients in Brazil and South America. Adjust the nutritional formulas of feed additives for monogastric animals (such as pigs and chickens) based on changes in main ingredients, and conduct animal experiments related to monogastric animals.
4. Conduct technical training on feed additives for monogastric animals for relevant staff in the South American branch. Assist the sales personnel of the South American branch in achieving performance targets through effective technical services.
Job Requirements
1. Hold a doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry, and Animal Science.
2. Have work experience in technologies related to monogastric animals (such as pigs and chickens) in feed or breeding enterprises. Candidates with work experience as a feed formulator for monogastric animals are preferred. Proficiency in the design and optimization of feed formulas for monogastric animals like pigs and chickens is required.
3. Possess strong communication and expression skills, good team spirit, and be able to adapt to business trips within South America.
4. Be familiar with the application of enzyme preparations and antibiotic alternatives in the feed for monogastric animals. Candidates capable of upgrading and improving enzyme preparations and antibiotic alternatives for monogastric animals are preferred.
5. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory. Good English reading and writing skills.
