# Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing the distribution and retail channels of electric assist bicycles in the European market, expanding the dealer network, and maintaining relationships with agents and dealers.
2. Collaborate with channel partners (agents and dealers) to implement joint marketing activities through channel resources.
3. Maintain in-channel terminal displays, enhance product exposure, and optimize the end-user experience.
4. Conduct local market research and competitive product analysis to provide support for the company's sales strategy formulation and product development optimization.
5. Assist in advancing the implementation of local after-sales training and maintenance services, and improve after-sales service processes.
6. Participate in overseas exhibitions, conduct customer visits (focusing on agents and dealers), and carry out market inspection work.
# Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with fluent spoken English. Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, or other European languages is a plus.
2. Have work experience in the bicycle and bicycle accessories industry; candidates with existing channel resources are preferred.
3. Familiar with foreign trade processes, and possess rich experience in developing new channel customers (dealers/agents) and maintaining existing customers.
4. Have2to3 years or more of channel sales experience in the European market; experience in regions such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or the Netherlands is preferred.
5. Strong learning ability, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
6. Willing to accept short-term business travel arrangements.
