岗位职责:
1. 根据公司年度运营计划,负责本区域年度销售指标及预算计划的分解及完成。
2. 落实专店销售任务的合理分解和人员的调配管理,完成本区域销售任务。
3. 负责做好本区域的人员招聘、培训及激励等工作,提升人员效能和团队凝聚力。
4. 根据公司营销推广策略及预算,围绕销售业绩提升,负责本区域营销与促销推广活动的执行落实。
5. 负责落实总部的专店管理要求,开展店务工作。
6. 检查及落实员工的标准化服务规范,提升顾客对服务的满意度。
7. 负责落实应收账款回收、货物品等安全管理等财务管理工作。
8. 及时收集和反馈区域的市场信息、竞品信息及销售数据。
9. 协助公司相关职能部门管理工作在终端得到推行与落实。
任职要求:
1、具有3年以上珠宝或连锁品牌的销售经验,其中至少2年零售行业管理职位经验;
2、具有良好的人际关系处理能力和谈判技巧,良好的信息和数据分析能力;
3、良好的服务意识,良好的职业道德和团队精神;
4、具备专店的运营管理逻辑,通过运营管理持续提升专店业绩的过往经验;
5、能适应出差需求。
Regional Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's annual operation plan, be responsible for the breakdown and completion of the annual sales targets and budget plans for this region.
2. Implement the reasonable breakdown of exclusive store sales tasks and personnel allocation management to complete the regional sales tasks.
3. Be responsible for recruitment, training, and motivation of personnel in this region to enhance personnel efficiency and team cohesion.
4. According to the company's marketing promotion strategy and budget, focus on improving sales performance, and be responsible for the execution and implementation of marketing and promotional activities in this region.
5. Be responsible for implementing the head quarter’s exclusive store management requirements and carrying out store operations.
6. Check and implement standardized service standards for employees to enhance customer satisfaction with services.
7. Be responsible for the financial management work such as the recovery of accounts receivable, and the safe management of goods.
8. Collect and feedback regional market information, competitive product information, and sales data in a timely manner.
9. Assist in the implementation and promotion of the company's relevant functional department management work at the terminal.
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of sales experience in jewelry or chain brands, including at least 2 years of management experience in the retail industry;
2. Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, as well as good information and data analysis capabilities;
3. Good sense of service, professional ethics, and team spirit;
4. Operational management logic of exclusive stores, and experience in continuously improving the performance of exclusive stores through operational management;
5. Able to adapt to travel requirements.
