Be familiar with the design, testing and application of main bearing arrangement, gearbox and drive chain of wind turbine generator.
Be familiar with the operation, maintenance and technical improvement of key mechanical parts in wind turbine generator.
Be good at the root cause analysis on wind turbine failures based on logic trees according to IEC 62740.
Be familiar with PRINCE‖, PMP, and certificated.
Be familiar with HAZOP principles and tools and be able to skillfully use HAZOP to comprehensively and systematically identify defects that may cause safety or operation problems in process equipment design and operation.
Good planning, communication skills and time management skills. Rich experience in offshore and onshore wind farms, be good at working at heights on wind turbine.
Good HES management and be familiar with European culture.
