Taobao&Tmall:
Leader of e-commerce operation platform

Project: This platform is the e-commerce operation system of Alibaba, to
form a unified experience and support different BG like taobao, TMall,
Aliexpress… It supports all kinds of online shopping elements such as
consumers, goods, shopping places and dealers.
•
Responsibilities: I am the leader of this project, I designed the main
functions, mainstay strategy, and introduced SOP to e-commerce. We
standardized operation procedures for different scenarios and saved these
methods on the platform to form knowledge graphs, and gradually
empowered more partners of Ali’s ecosystem through SaaS.
•
Results: Lead the team to build an operation platform from 0 to 1, so that
all Taobao and Tmall operators can carry out daily and promotion period
operations like 11.11 event.

Ant financial cloud:
Leader of mPaaS product
•
Project: Ant Financial Cloud commercialized Alipay tech products and sell
them to other financial enterprise. mPaaS are the mobile Application
development platform based on Alipay APP‘s framework.
•
Responsibilities : I am the leader of mPaaS business, made products
strategies and made the goals of this project and my team, cooperated with
BD and marketing team to talk and meet customers to achieve our target.
•
Result: launched dozens of products, such as APP framework, mobile
gateway service, push service, mobile analysis, APM, Lowcode tools, etc.
100 million revenue per year.

Project: Haier Magic Mirror is an intelligent hardware and software system,
including mirrors and other devices and supplying the whole smart home
functions.

Activities: Overall management of the company's business, including: R&D,
operations, production, sales, marketing and so on.

Result: Sales of 1000 units per month
