Interview & Selection: Play a key role in achieving company recruitment goals by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talent locally and regionally. Conduct and lead effective group hiring and achieve the hiring targets. Facilitate group assessment center for potential candidates. Performance Management and general HR Operations: Work closely with HRD and Leaders to identify learning gaps and solutions which will drive excellent performance and succession planning. Co-drive performance management program and processes (including confirmation, promotion, and yearly and half-yearly performance review). Partner Leaders to facilitate and administer any career progression change (such as promotion, cross functions/countries transfer, re-designation, relocation, etc.).
