Working as Sales manager at in Vietnam for pharmaceutical industry
- Schedule for key customer meeting before for whole Vietnam and now for North
area and managing most of the pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam are in my
following list
- Support salesman in the South area activities weekly and discussion,
- Manage customer data base
- Target discussion with salesman and head office
- Support salesman in case of need (type of machine, workshop arrangement, price
negotiation…)
- Training new salesman and guide him to success to get the goal in market, manage
team building/team discussion and how to improve team members.
- KPIs analysis
- General market survey, market forecast and discuss on the business strategy with
head quarter.
- Exhibition organization
- Technical consultancy to support customer to select the right machine for
production
- Keep connection with key person in Ministry of Health ( MoH), Department of
animal vaccine of Vietnam, cleaning room designing company for extend the net
work of new customer and market.

Working as Sales manager at Industry machinery sales included Laser cutting machines,
CNC machining center, CNC drilling/sawing/punching machine, drill body, insert,
saw blade, bending machine, material feeding system, shearing machine, plate
cutting machine for furniture industry, steel fabrication industry, packaging industry,
plastic industry, mold industry for whole Vietnam market. Acting as technical
consultant with customer in many case to clarify technical matter. Managing target
for year for each salesman and guide them on the market strategy.

economy, project planning, technical calculations and R&D project development;
2.Acting as a project engineer to generate solutions to solve complaints from customer,
from sales, problems from systems operating;
3.Estimated economy for project and support other members in department and in
other departments to develop project;

1.Working as mechanical Engineer in NAIKAI factory, a Japanese company. In
charge of drawing checking, production control, workshop control.
2.Working as workshop engineer to manage the quality of the products, production
line coordinate with relevant department during manufacturing and testing system.
