Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing
clients in the pharmaceutical industry for the ME region.
-Developing new sales plans and strategies.
-Responsible of selling the machines in the OSD industry such as
granulation machines, tablet press, blenders, coating machines,
capsules filling machines, blistering and packaging machines.
-Responsible of selling the machines in the liquid (Syrup) and
sterile industries such as filling machines, capping machines, leak
and visual inspection machines for vials and ampoules,
sterilizers, freeze dryers, BFS machines, and packaging machines.

Business Development and sales

- Responsible of the Jordanian, Egyptian, and Saudi Arabia
Markets, preparing the sales forecasting , preparing sales
reports, training new employees, participating in budget
calculation per each year, developing these markets by
establishing strategic partnerships with selected distributors,
periodic business visits, contacting owners, consultants,
contractors and OEMs, representing the company in
international exhibitions, meetings arrangement, conducting
presentations, designing the vibration isolation systems, BOQ
calculations, pricing, preparing offers and submitting them to
the clients, following up with the clients, technical and

- Planning and preparing presentations and demonstrations,
setting up meetings, in-house testing for new business
solutions, sales support, troubleshooting and problem
diagnosis, preparing action plans for various departments,
providing management with feedback, communicating new
product developments to the clients.

- Project cost calculation, purchasing the required parts,
sourcing for new suppliers, negotiating price/delivery
time/and payment terms, supervision on customer site
preparation, commissioning and giving training to run the
machines, understanding customers' needs and suggesting the
most suitable solution to fulfill their needs, inventory
controller, conducting presentations.
