Position: Deputy General Manager of CCCC4th Oversees Department. Employer: China Communications Construction Corporation (CCCC). CCCC4th is a specializing subsidiary of road, bridge and house building engineering of the parent company. Description of duties: Responsible for Project management and contractor claim issues, work with Pinsent Masons & HKA in the F3/E60 project of Georgia. Responsible for transport projects processes from feasibility study through investment planning, designing, procurement, execution, handing over and post assessment. Work as an expert in guiding and supervising transport infrastructure projects, provide support and guidance to improve the quality of projects in general. Provide management, programming, technique, contractual guidance and advice to all projects implementing teams. Research and analyze recent developments and new technologies in the transportation field and take charge of disseminating relevant knowledge to projects and colleagues. Collect and study the policy developments on the topics pertaining to the transport infrastructure investment, urban development and the international trade issues to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Supervise all projects are carried out in accordance with local and or national laws, enterprise’s compliance rules and industry regulations. Supervise the work of all projects to ensure the quality, progress, cost and consistency with the client's standards. Supervise project’s financial and contractual management, compiles data detailing expenditure and conducts financial analysis to ensure all projects are running on schedule and within financial parameters. Offer guidance to project’s working programme, quality control, progress and H.S.E plans. Troubleshoot and analyze all kinds of design, contract, budget, management, procurement, communication, variation and claim issues. Responsible for liaising with other professionals, such as company’s leaders, investment banks, clients, designers and colleagues to ensure works are being effectively coordinated. Responsible for developing good dialog and communication with various authorities, others departments and all team members for the success of all projects. Prepare analytical reports and professional presentations to higher authorities for scrutinizing. Participate in cross-sectoral meetings, discussions and regularly site visits.
