- Contact US factories and Hong Kong factories to ensure the stability of the supply chain of
US supermarkets and suppliers.
- Customer scope: U.S. Supermarket (Walmart, Costco, Kroger), All Asian supermarket(99 ranch, Hmart, Mitsuwa, Tesolife ,Daiso) and distributors, restaurants.
Working area : New England area and TX

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
-Ensure that customers receive excellent service, handle any customer complaints or issues promptly, and continuously seek ways to improve the dining experience.

- Identifying and exploiting business opportunities with both new and existing
customers in New England Area.
- Maintain customer relationship and taking customer weekly order for over 120
restaurants and supermarket and achieve 4.2 million sales targets for one calendar
year.
- Help menu design write application form for customer’s needs and requirements
- Negotiate product price in competitive situations.
- Analyst market activity and trends for Japanese foods industry.
