Resourcing and Onboarding: Orchestrate all aspects of staffing and recruitment, ensuring the
talent and skill necessary to create a workforce of qualified, motivated personnel to enable the
business’s rapid growth and development.
• Direct employee engagement strategies, talent management, and performance improvement
initiatives.
• Develop and recommend governance and programs in compensation, employee benefits, and
training.
• Play a key role in the US leadership team, support the delivery of business performance.
• HR Process and Service: Implement clear HR service to support the day-to-day operation of the
global business. Ensure compliance with HR policies, governmental laws, and OSHA regulations.
• Manage payroll and benefit processing, full cycle recruiting, onboarding training, HRIS, and
general operations, including facility maintenance and safety.
• Successfully work in a matrix organization contributing to the global group while maintaining local
governance and culture
