I. Sales & Marketing - create opportunities to introduce the company, services and
product to the Architect, Builder, Contractor, Developer or Client etc including but not
limited in the following scope of works:-
• Follow up with the Architect or Project Consultant involved in preliminary
conceptual design by providing assistance in detailing and preparation of
shop drawings on specialist works.
• Make proper and adequate preparations and presentation as requeted by the
Project Consultant or Management, especially during tender interview and
before securing the project.
• To be well informed on the new upcoming projects that are available in the
market.
• Provide technical advice for the products to client.
• Gather feedback from customer or prospect.
• Knowledge of cost and operation for products in term of supply fabricate and
installation.
• Execution of agreement, starting from quotation issuance to confirmation of
the job.
• Ensure accuracy in the pricing and quantities or sales order acknowledgement.
