Job Responsibility;
Overall accountability for the sales volumes, revenues, and profitability of in line products in Eastern Region.
Carry out Market research, Competitor and customer survey.
Responsible for day to day follow-up with the customers to provide them the best services for consumables for welding as
well as machinery.
Prepare action plan for the effective search sales leads and proposal.
Prequalification and enquiry generation, review RFQ technically and commercially for proposal.
Technical negotiation with clients & principal "ESAB" for any type of technical assistance required.
Offering after-sales support services.
After sales follow up until execution of payments.
Administering client accounts preparing reports for head office.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Helped maximize sales by ensuring availability of product at all times.
Key Accomplishments;
Developed new customers and done complete vendor registration and product approvals with key accounts in Eastern
Region.
Got 6 month contract of welding consumables from key customer, the contract value approximate SR 600 thousand.
Successfully met self and company sales targets by 100%.
Improved gross profit margin by 15%.
