Duties - Sourcing new supplier in OUTDOOR and GARDENT Furniture,
product develope with standard EN581or ATSM 1561.
- I have developed some ranges like Chair lounge, sofa set, dining
set, bistro set, bar set... Materials: Acacia, teak, steel, alumium
combined with rope, wicker, cushion, in finishing oiled or painted.
- Check all the sample follow protocols:
• Seat Impact test, Static loading test, Seat front edge static
load, shelf loading test, wobbling test, folding durabiliti test,
anti corrision, color fade off, finger trap.
• Deploy all customer to FTY about shipping mark, label, COO,
- Lauch test from third party if customer require.
- Take picture about sample follow drawing about all spec’,
dimension.
- Working with Head office to approve all samples prior to
production
- For approved Suppliers identify new products for production and
confirm product specifications, technical specs, manufacturing
requirements, quality standards and delivery time frames, etc.
- Conduct inline check from whitewood to packaging
- Conduct basic test at FTY: loading test, anti tip, pivot door loading
test.
- Conduct in PPR for new product.
- Conduct inline inspection for new PO
- Conduct final inspection before shipment.

- Supervise the work of QC staff in production.
- Monitor and assess the quality situation in production.
- Check and evaluate the process implementation in production.
- Prepare inspection forms for the inspection staffs.
- Coordinate to set up standard samples for inspection staff.
- Guiding QC method of product inspection
- Check, monitor, analyze the production process and propose
measures to prevent nonconformities in the production process
- Check the implementation of remedial measures, prevent the
inappropriate in the production process
- Solving quality problems arising in the production process as
much as possible
- Feedback quality in the production process in time for the plant
manager.
- Report to the Board of Directors periodically and irregularly as
required.
- Other related work under the direction of the General Director.

+ Manage and operate all activities at the factory of the company in
accordance
with the functions and duties assigned.
- Planning and operating objectives of the workshop to meet the
objectives of the company.
- Organize work assignments, urge, supervise the department to
ensure the schedule, quality standards.
- Planning production and organization of work according to
technological process, orders, production plan monthly / quarterly.
- Management of all machinery, equipment, materials, finished
products, semi-finished products, warehouses and goods under the
management of the factory.
- Set up work and management programs related to the staff to
meet the requirements, functions and tasks of each department.
- Planning, forecasting human resources of the factory.
- Research, find new technical solutions applied in production,
improve product quality.
- Factory management according to 5S standards, in line with the
actual work of the factory.
- Evaluate the results of the work, production plan of the factory
periodically, month, quarter, year.
- Report to the Board of Directors periodically and irregularly as
required.
- Other related work under the direction of the General Director.

- Manage and supervise quality as assigned.

- Record keeping of quality management.
- Make plans, reports on quality inspection products.
