2019-2022年，作为高级项目经理，我负责现场和在线调查，从客户那里获取需求。制定项目范围、进度计划和任务。进行成本估算，设计系统，并在三菱解决方案中选择硬件和软件。与SI/制造商联系，进行成本谈判，编写SoW，并与我的团队一起进行现场工作。为工程团队和客户提供GENESIS64（SCADA）支持。开发项目并创建目标解决方案，以满足客户需求。重点关注三菱产品PLC、伺服系统、人机界面、SCADA软件和变频器。在高级项目工程师的指导下实施项目。支持客户解决困难问题，解决问题。
