Managing OEM/ ODM business programs, proposals and relationship of the account
Identifying revenue/ profit growth opportunity. Forecasting and setting revenue/ profit target quarterly and annually
Negotiating with client on product pricing, available global market share and non-recurring expense at each project phase
Working closely with multiple functional teams, including supply chain, account receivable/ account payable, quality control
and procurement, internally and externally to ensure overall business account stability
Developing mitigation plan of China/ US tariff and managing multiple manufacturing sites transfer projects to ensure
continuity of supply
