Responsible of the Quality department in the main factory in LATAMregion, QA manager is responsible of the Quality KPIS that include theCOPQ of the factory, non-conformity rate on the production shopfloor,quality claims reduction and deployment of a continuous improvementculture in the factory. Quality is the main driver to resolve the problems of
the factory implementing methodologies to find the root causes and to solve problems on the production shopfloor.

Milestones:
• Decrease the Quality notification in plant from 120 average amonth to 94 average a month.
• COPQ reduction from 191 KUSD on average to 120 KUSD
• Deployment of new metrics to track the plant performanceRTFT.
• Use of A3 methodologies and DMAIC (Six Sigma Projects) to improve performance in the plant.

Responsible of the production department, production manager is responsible of the main KPI ́s of the plant, leading the production shopfloor and the operation of the plant, is the responsible to achieve the security, quality, productive and efficiency goals of the plan by leading and nurturing all the team

month to 80 average a month
• Fulfill the production plan
• OTD above 95%
• Material efficiency above target in the last 3 months
Prysmian Group Telecom Durango. Process Engineering and

Responsible of the process Engineering department for the Durango Telecom factory. The department oversees the industrialization of the new factory expansion doubling the capacity of the actual installed capacity. Process Engineering is the responsible to make the
parametrization of the different products that the plant can run,establishing the conditions and process instructions in order to have the desired outputs.
Efficiencies of the plant and projects impacting the efficiency of the plant in terms of material usage, and OVC as equal as projects related to cable structure cost are within the main responsibilities of the department.

Milestones:
• Improve Plant RTFT (Right the First Time) from 93% to 97%
• DTC (Design to Cost) for the Telecom business achieved above 350 KUSD in design efficiencies
• Plant expansion project delivered, the expansion represents doubling the existing productive capacity of the plant and includes the qualification and ramp up of the lines

Responsible of the Telecom R&D division for Mexico, development of new cables for the Mexican and Latin American Market. Responsible for the main KPIS related to the R&D division, this KPIS include DTC, related to savings and efficiency through design changes and raw material changes in order to increase the competitiveness of the products, the results are around the 400 KUSD in savings related to design changes.
Responsible of the prototype production to be aligned with the market trend and needs, from the design of the cable to the validation of the production in industrialization phase. Support the general operation with the technical knowledge inn order to troubleshoot the process. Strong involvement in the engineering department to achieve the result
established in the management plan in term of efficiency and savings.
Participation asarepresentative in NYCE Committee, in charge of making the Mexican Norms for Telecom Market (NMX)

• Reduce lead time to complete technical design of the cables
from 7 to 3 days

Responsible to design and development of Cables for the Mexican and Latin American Market, Manufacture of prototypes of cables related to DTC actions and new developments of products for the market and commercial strategy development in the region. Strong
involvement in the development of projects related to the efficiency in the plant and improvement of the process

Responsible to design and implementation of the productive processes, to manufacture cable, for the new company within the group, define the steps, and the productive process to manufacture the cable, Process improvement based on different continuous improvement methodologies are on charge of the process engineer based on the use of the SIX SIGMA and Lean Manufacturing. Responsible of checking and guarantee the Quality of the final product that delivered to the clients, follow quality problems to reduce it appearance. Follow the client claims and interaction with them to clarify customer claims related to quality issues. Basic experience on
