• Responsible for sales of Hisense (TVACREFWMETC..) to customers in Argentina, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive growth and improve sales efficiency.
• Maintain and expand existing distribution channels, building long-term partnerships with key customers.
• Lead price negotiations, product display planning, terminal (POS) image building, and promotional activities with channel partners.
• Manage inventory flow by monitoring sell-in and sell-out data, optimizing stock structure to ensure smooth product circulation.
• Coordinate demand forecasting and delivery planning between HQ and local partners.
• Enhance Hisense brand visibility and market share within all channels.
• Support implementation of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and consumer engagement.
• Collect and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and pricing on a regular basis.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product adjustments and strategic planning.

• Work with our local partner on order arrangement with PLM team,
• Work with local partner on order delivery arrangement, and follow up to collect the payments on time.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or channel management experience in the home appliance or FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge of Argentina’s retail landscape, with established client relationships preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills; result-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to analyze sales and market data.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English.
• Willing to travel as needed.
