Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the sales and technical support of the company's alcohol enzyme products (used in fuel ethanol, edible alcohol, winemaking, etc.) in the South American market to achieve sales targets.

2. Develop fuel ethanol plants and alcohol manufacturing enterprises that use sugarcane and corn as raw materials, and establish a stable customer system.

3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the fermentation process in alcohol production, and provide customers with enzyme application solutions to improve alcohol yield, optimize process flow and reduce production costs.

4. Provide on-site technical guidance, track product application effects, collect and analyze data, and write effect reports to ensure successful product application by customers.

5. Collect industry information, gain insights into biofuel policy trends and technological development trends, and seize market opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in Fermentation Engineering, Bioengineering, Winemaking Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related majors.

2. More than 5 years of working experience in the alcohol/ethanol industry. Those with experience in production process, technical management or sales of related additives (enzymes, yeast, etc.) are preferred.

3. Familiar with the fermentation and distillation processes of alcohol production, and capable of identifying pain points in production and providing solutions.

4. Possess strong technical sales capabilities, and be able to communicate effectively with the production, technical and management teams of factories at multiple levels.

5. Be able to work in a factory environment and be willing to travel frequently.

6. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (especially for the Brazilian market), and English as a working language.
