• Talent requirement:

1.About more than 3years of working experience in AC drive VFD in the automation industry.

2. Excellent candidates from Delta, Fuji, and Yaskawa will also be considered.

3.Strong knowledge of the Vietnam market, including key industry sectors, customer preferences, and market dynamics and the future trends of local market. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the automation sector.

• Position responsibility:

1.Coordinate resources to complete the company's sales goals;

2.Market research, output market development strategy and business plan;

3.Channel, industry, project customer development;

4.Old customer maintenance;

5.Marketing plan planning and execution;

6.Collect market information and output market reports.

• 任职要求

2. 具备台达、富士、安川品牌从业背景的优秀人选亦可纳入考量范围；
3. 需精通越南市场情况，包括核心行业领域、客户偏好、市场动态及当地市场未来发展趋势；在自动化领域需具备可验证的销售目标达成及业务增长实绩。

• 岗位职责

1. 统筹协调内外部资源，达成公司既定销售目标；
2. 开展市场调研工作，输出市场拓展战略及商业规划方案；
3. 负责渠道客户、行业客户及项目型客户的开发与拓展；
4. 做好存量客户的维护与关系深耕；
5. 牵头策划市场营销方案，并推动方案落地执行；
6. 收集整理市场动态信息，形成并输出市场分析报告。
