【Job Title】: HR Supervisor

 

【Position Overview】

Responsible for the operation and management of core HR modules, focusing on the daily management and execution of the company's compensation, performance, training, attendance, and other related work to ensure the high-quality progress of each module.

 

【Job Responsibilities】

1.Establish and improve the company's compensation and performance management systems, policies, and processes in accordance with the HR development plans of the HQ and KFBR.

2.Organize compensation market research and compensation data analysis to provide data support for the company's compensation decisions.

3.Be responsible for the testing and launch of the company's HR management system to ensure its successful rollout.

4.Undertake the daily management of employee attendance and compensation to ensure the accuracy and error-free of relevant data.

5.Establish and improve the local training system, and promote the smooth development of various training programs.

6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

【Qualifications】

1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

2.More than 5 years of HR work experience in factories or the manufacturing industry; familiar with the practical processes and basic management methods of core modules such as compensation, performance, attendance, and training; have an in-depth understanding of local labor laws and regulations, employment practices, and compensation & benefit policies in Brazil.

3.Proficient in the practical work of modules including salary calculation, performance management and control, attendance statistics, and training organization; able to independently undertake daily operations and basic management tasks within the modules; possess awareness of process optimization.

4.Skilled in operating HR management systems; experience in HR system launch is preferred; have oral English communication skills.

5.Strong pressure resistance, excellent adaptability and flexibility; able to meet the fast-paced work requirements of the factory and adapt to cross-cultural management needs.

6.Possess good execution ability, communication and comprehension skills, awareness of confidentiality, and service awareness.
