Responsibilities:
1.Be fully responsible for the operation of the local market, and the key sales indicators and personnel management.
2.Design strategies and set goals for growth.
3.Lead the team to execute the strategies and ensure efficient output. 
4.Craft budgets and optimize expenses.
5.Set policies and processes for smooth operation of the whole business. 
6.Evaluate and improve the department operations and financial performance.
7.Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors etc.).
8.Keep the Board of Directors constantly updated on the business progress and prepare regular reports as required.

1.Profound plastic piping product knowledge and perfect understanding on the local market. 
2.Knowledge of business process and functions.

Education and Experience:
1.Bachelor degree or above; master degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus. 
2.Proven experience as a similar executive role.
