岗位职责

1、负责欧洲区域（以巴尔干地区、罗马尼亚为核心），热轧、冷轧板材（*flat product）市场开发与属地销售，能够达成年销售体量 100 万吨目标，对区域业务量、利润及客户全流程跟踪服务负责；

2、依托集团匈牙利钢厂资源，落地总部业务策略，把控属地业务风险；

3、负责欧洲当地市场信息收集、分析与定期反馈，维护核心渠道与客户关系；

4、负责属地销售团队搭建、管理与赋能。

二、任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，听说读写熟练；

2、10年及以上钢材贸易 / 销售相关经验，熟悉板材（热轧、冷轧）业务，具备欧洲市场板材品种的销售渠道；

3、具备销售团队管理经验，须为中国籍；

4、具备强客户开发、市场洞察、商务谈判与抗压能力，执行力强；

5、中国入职或欧洲本地入职均可。

CIEC Group consists of various business divisions. This position belongs to the Relian International team. You may directly introduce the team as CIEC when engaging with candidates.Urgent RecruitmentThe Group plans to invest in a steel mill in Hungary, focusing on the production of hot-rolled / cold-rolled flat products with an annual output of one million tons. The team will be responsible for sales.Position: Sales Team LeaderRequirements: Chinese NationalJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for market development and local sales of hot-rolled and cold-rolled flat products in the European region (focusing on the Balkans and Romania), achieving an annual sales target of 1 million tons. Be accountable for regional business volume, profit, and full-process customer service.Implement the Group's business strategies based on the resources of the Group's Hungarian steel mill, and manage local business risks.Collect, analyze and regularly feedback local European market information, and maintain core channels and customer relationships.Establish, manage and empower the local sales team.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above; English as a working language with proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.At least 10 years of relevant experience in steel trading / sales, familiar with flat products (hot-rolled, cold-rolled), and with sales channels for flat products in the European market.Experience in sales team management; must be Chinese national.Strong capabilities in customer development, market insight, business negotiation and stress resistance, with strong execution.Employment can be arranged either in China or locally in Europe.
