**岗位职责：

​1、开拓坦桑尼亚属地钢材全品种销售业务，对业务量、利润目标负责；

​2、制定属地钢材业务拓展策略，把控属地市场风险、；

​3、负责属地客户开发、渠道维护、商务谈判及全流程跟进；​

4、收集属地市场动态、政策法规及相关信息，定期反馈并优化业务策略；

​5、如果团队负责人（中国籍），牵头搭建属地销售团队，后续负责团队管理、赋能与目标拆解。

**任职要求

​1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言（听说读写熟练），掌握当地语言者优先；

​2、10 年及以上钢材贸易 / 销售经验，熟悉钢材全品种业务（热系冷系；长材、钢坯、板材等），具备 坦桑尼亚属地业务经验，有成熟的销售渠道和客户资源；

​3、具备销售团队管理经验，团队负责人须为中国籍；若为外籍候选人，需具备独立开展业务的成熟资源与落地能力；

​4、具备极强的市场开拓能力、商务谈判能力、资源整合能力与抗压能力，能适应非洲本土化工作；5、国内雇佣或本地雇佣均可。

International Business Department of CIEC Group is recruiting:1 Team Leader (Chinese nationality only)2 Senior Foreign Sales Executives (recruitment can proceed in parallel)Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop full-range steel product sales business in Tanzania, and be responsible for business volume and profit targets.Formulate local steel business development strategies and control local market risks.Responsible for local customer development, channel maintenance, business negotiation and full-process follow-up.Collect local market dynamics, policies, regulations and relevant information, provide regular feedback and optimize business strategies.For the Team Leader (Chinese nationality): lead the establishment of the local sales team, and be responsible for team management, capability development and target breakdown.NotesIn the future, the Team Leader will also manage sales for the galvanized steel sheet plant invested by CIEC in Tanzania, and be responsible for sales of products from our own invested plant across East Africa.Current supply sources: Southeast Asia.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; English as a working language (proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing); mastery of local languages is a plus.At least 10 years of experience in steel trading / sales, familiar with full-range steel products (HR, CR, long products, billets, flat products, etc.), with practical experience in Tanzania and mature sales channels and customer resources.Team management experience is required; Team Leader must be Chinese national. For foreign candidates, mature resources and independent execution capabilities are required.Strong market development, business negotiation, resource integration and stress tolerance skills; able to adapt to local working conditions in Africa.Employment can be arranged either in China or locally.
