一、岗位背景 | Background

为支撑数据中心业务扩张及海外市场拓展（包括北美、台湾、东南亚等地），并加强液冷产品线的技术支持能力，现新增产品经理岗位，负责散热产品的技术方案设计与市场推广支持。

To support the expansion of the data center business and overseas market development (including North America, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia), and to strengthen technical support for the liquid cooling product line, we are hiring Product Managers to be responsible for technical solution design and marketing support for thermal management products.

二、岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

负责数据中心散热产品（如水水板换、AALC铜散热器、芯片冷板、CDU等）的售前与售后技术支持，包括技术交流、方案设计、产品选型等；

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for data center thermal products (e.g., water-water plate heat exchangers, AALC copper radiators, cold plates, CDUs), including technical discussions, solution design, and product selection.

配合销售团队进行海外客户拜访，深入挖掘技术需求，提供定制化解决方案；

Collaborate with the sales team to visit overseas customers (e.g., in North America, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia), identify technical requirements, and deliver customized solutions.

编写技术投标文件、产品手册、应用案例等文档，支持海外市场推广活动；

Prepare technical bidding documents, product manuals, application case studies, and other materials to support overseas marketing activities.

跟踪项目现场实施、调试及故障处理，收集客户反馈，推动产品持续优化；

Follow up on on-site project implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting; collect customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

研究目标市场的数据中心能效标准、环保法规及行业发展趋势，为内部产品研发提供输入。

Research energy efficiency standards, environmental regulations, and industry trends in target markets, and provide inputs for internal R&D.

三、任职要求 | Qualifications

1. 学历要求 | Education

本科及以上学历；

Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 专业要求 | Major

暖通空调、热能工程、制冷与低温工程、机械电子、流体机械等相关专业；

Majors in HVAC, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration & Cryogenic Engineering, Mechatronics, Fluid Machinery, or related fields.

3. 工作经验 | Work Experience

具备数据中心液冷散热领域或暖通空调相关工作经验；

Experience in data center liquid cooling or HVAC systems.

有海外项目经验者优先；

Overseas project experience is preferred.

4. 能力要求 | Competencies

熟悉数据中心散热产品及相关技术；

Familiar with data center thermal management products and related technologies.

具备良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识，能配合销售团队进行海外技术交流；

Strong communication skills and customer orientation, capable of engaging in technical discussions with overseas clients.

能够独立完成技术方案、投标文件等技术文档的编写；

Able to independently prepare technical proposals, bidding documents, and other technical materials.

具备较强的学习能力和行业敏感度，能跟踪并分析海外市场技术趋势。

Strong learning ability and industry insight, able to track and analyze overseas market trends.
