Facility Engineer for Alibaba(Global development + Top-tier technology)

Job Responsibilities:

1. As required by Alibaba Cloud, perform 5*8 IDC duty, handle work orders, alarms, and emergency cases, and provide on-site interaction and support.

2. Update and maintain operation logs, ensure data accuracy, and submit reports on time.

3. Response and Handling: Follow O&M incident management standards, respond quickly and arrive on site, handle and report incidents in a timely manner according to EOP, continue until fault recovery, and complete root cause and fault analysis to achieve closed-loop resolution.

4. Fault Localization: Be familiar with the power, HVAC, and low-voltage architecture and their working principles within the regional IDC facility infrastructure, and be able to quickly locate fault points and support fault recovery when incidents occur.

5. Risk Handling: Follow up on identified risks and carry out mitigation actions until closed-loop resolution is achieved.

6. Maintenance and Change: Able to independently develop and implement self-owned change and modification project MOPs, ensuring no faults are caused by changes.

7. Capability: Able to propose optimization or modification recommendations regarding infrastructure monitoring, capacity, security, and availability issues.

8. Perform other related tasks included in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and attached requirements.
