Project Background

To expand our global manufacturing footprint, we are establishing a state-of-the-art forging production facility in the Valaliky Industrial Park near Košice. This strategic investment aims to create a world-class manufacturing hub to serve the European aerospace market.

Key Responsibilities

Permitting & Local Liaison: Lead the application process for essential permits, including Construction Permits, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and specialized utility connections. Act as the primary point of contact with Slovak authorities and Valaliky industrial park management.

Translation & Communication: Provide professional translation of official documents and contracts (Slovak/English). Ensure seamless communication between the local site and the headquarters in China.

Site Coordination Support: Provide on-site assistance for coordination tasks, acting as a facilitator between engineering consultants, local contractors, and the project team to ensure smooth communication at the construction site.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, permitting, or administration within the industrial or construction sector.

Languages: Slovak (Native/Bilingual) and English (Fluent).

Skills: Solid understanding of Slovak official approval processes; proactive, highly organized, and capable of working in a multicultural environment.

前期审批与政府对接： 主导项目在当地的报批报建工作，重点负责施工许可、环境影响评估 (EIA) 及公用设施接入；代表公司与斯洛伐克当地政府部门及园区管理方保持紧密沟通。

翻译与沟通支持： 负责官方文件（斯洛伐克语/英语）的准确翻译，确保当地进展与国内总部信息同步。

现场协调辅助： 提供工程现场的辅助协调支持，作为工程顾问、当地承包商与项目团队之间的沟通桥梁，确保现场各项协作顺畅。

任职要求

教育背景： 土木工程、建筑管理或相关专业本科以上学历。

工作经验： 2-4 年建筑或工业领域项目协调、报建审批或相关经验。

语言能力： 斯洛伐克语（母语/精通）及英语（流利）。

核心素质： 熟悉斯洛伐克政府审批流程，具备较强的跨文化协作能力，工作积极主动且能独立解决问题。
