RESPONSIBILITES:

Based on customer requirements and relevant laws and regulations, organize the new product electronic design, monitor the new product development process, ensure that the new product transfer into mass production on time and with high quality.

基于客户需求及相关法律法规要求，负责组织新产品的硬件开发工作，监督、控制新产品开发过程，确保新产品开发按时、按质导入量产。

Organizing product design review, including the review and implement of the electronic design drawings, product specifications, etc., ensure that the product design meets the customer's requirements and achieves the quality objectives.

负责组织项目的技术审核，包括产品的电子设计图纸、产品规格书等的评审及监督实施，确保产品设计符合客户需求及达到质量目标。

Organize the technical improvement of the old products, reduce the cost and improve the stability and advanced technology.

负责组织公司老产品的技术改良，降低成本，提高产品技术的稳定性及先进性。

According to the company's business development needs, organize research on new technology and create technology accumulation, apply new technology platform to product development, and improve the company's technical competitiveness.

根据公司业务发展需要，组织研究行业新技术，形成技术积累，导入新技术方案平台并应用于产品开发，提升公司的技术竞争力。

Setup technical standards, support to define related management rules and systems, and supervise the implementation to ensure the effective operation.

负责建立技术标准，协助上级制定研发相关的管理规范、制度，并监督实施，保证部门工作有效运转。

Support to solve technical and quality problems in customer complaints, participate in customer training and technical communication, ensure and enhance customer satisfaction with the company's technical capabilities.

Organize to participate in supplier management and provide technical support, ensure that the materials meet the technical requirements.

Organize to collect the technical information and competitors' technical information, organize the study of relevant national technical policies and product standards, support to define and implement the technology development roadmap according to the company's development strategy, and improve the company's technology leading competitiveness.

组织收集行业技术信息、竞争对手的技术信息，组织学习国家相关技术政策和相关产品标准，根据公司发展战略协助上级制订研发技术发展规划并组织实施，提升公司的技术领先竞争力。

According to the company's patent planning, identify new technologies and propose patent technology solutions, keep and enhance the company's technology leading competitiveness.

QUIREMENTS:

Ability to design schematic and PCB independently.

能独立设计原理图和PCB。

Familiar with Office software and related electronic design software.

熟练使用Office软件和相关电子专业设计软件。

Good at English reading and writing, spoken English ability for work communication.

良好的英语读写能力，能用英语口语进行工作沟通与交流。

Good at communication and coordination, team management. Strong sense of accountability and execution.

良好的沟通协调和团队管理能力，责任心强，执行力强。

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, familiar with analog and digital.

本科及以上学历，电子相关专业，熟悉模电、数电；

8+ years of working experience in electronic design or 5+ years in electronic design of lithium battery industry.

8年以上的电子设计或5年以上的锂电池行业电子设计经验。
