    we are hiring a Sales and Marketing Director role to be stationed better in Silicon Valley to support the key existing and potential customers, who are the global leaders in data center, optical communications and Claud business etc. with headquarters mainly in Silicon Valley in USA.The applicant should have deep technology, marketing and networking (business development) background in data center, optical communications or Claud business, better graduated from the top universities in America, and having working exposure in the top players in the above technology areas, namely《 Navid, Google, Amazon, Intel, Lumentum, Coherent》, Marvell etc. This role plays the key role in building and maintaining the business contact and driving the sales iniatiatives to the US markets, and he will have to bridge the US customers with the operations team in China and Asia.

    As Lumemtum and Corerent are our key customers, we don\'t expect to hire their active employees directly, but ex-employees would be better choices. This role reports to the CEO/GM of the company or in the future most likely to the VP of the global Sales and Marketing. He should a bilingual speaker of English and Chinese.
