Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for Food & Beverage processing equipment in the North American market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, virtual meetings, and onsite visits.
• Identify customer requirements and work with headquarters’ solution managers and engineering teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Manage and support the entire sales process, including:

o Customer requirement investigation (URS collection)

o Proposal and bidding documentation preparation

o Contract negotiation and execution

o Coordination of shipment, installation, and commissioning

o SAT completion and payment collection

• Participate in and organize industry exhibitions, conferences, and technical seminars to promote Tofflon products and generate sales leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the Food & Beverage machinery or processing equipment industry.
• Experience in the food & beverage processing or packaging equipment industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with freeze drying equipment, dairy processing, or beverage production systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• This is a hybrid role, primarily remote from a home office, with occasional work expected at our Springfield, NJ office as needed.
• Approximately 40–60% travel is required, including domestic travel within North America and international travel.
