Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Management
Take full ownership of end‑to‑end production for Thailand‑based film & TV projects, including but not limited to budget formulation, cost breakdown, fund allocation and expenditure tracking. All vendor quotations and expense details shall be reported truthfully and in full. Concealment, alteration or inflation of budget figures is strictly prohibited. Provide regular budget performance reports, keep the project strictly within the approved budget, and keep the China headquarters fully updated on all fund movements.
2. Co‑Production Local Delivery
Proven experience supporting Chinese production teams stationed in Thailand for on‑location shoots. Manage all local logistics for Chinese crews filming in Thailand: liaise with Thai authorities for shooting permits, coordinate locations, equipment, cast, extras and local service providers. Resolve cultural and procedural discrepancies arising from cross‑border co‑productions to ensure smooth production operations in Thailand.
3. Team & Creative Management
Possess solid industry networks. Introduce and manage local Thai production crew, including directors and department heads. Balance creative aspirations, production timelines and budget constraints. Resolve on‑set conflicts and contingencies, allocate human, material and financial resources rationally, and oversee the full project lifecycle from pre‑production, principal photography through to wrap‑up.
4. Content & Script Aesthetic Judgement
Capability to negotiate and curate IPs. Participate in script assessment and outline reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of creative materials. Align content with local Thai creative norms while demonstrating understanding of Chinese market preferences, thematic boundaries and audience tastes. Provide actionable recommendations for creative iteration and script revisions to satisfy market demands from both territories.
5. Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the key liaison between the Chinese side and local Thai teams. Proactively, efficiently and timely share project status and actionable insights with Chinese stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality execution across the full production cycle up to distribution.

Requirements
1. Hands‑on co‑production track record with verifiable experience hosting and supporting overseas production teams on‑ground in Thailand. Please include past projects and project synopses in your CV.
2. Exceptional budget‑governance skills with demonstrable hands‑on budget‑management experience on prior productions. High integrity and uncompromising professional ethics for full financial transparency. No tolerance for budget misrepresentation. Capable of robust budget control and prudent fund allocation & administration.
3. Strong production‑overall management skills, with proven experience managing directors and local production teams. Adept at resource coordination and conflict resolution. High stress tolerance and availability for irregular working hours during shooting periods.
4. Strong creative judgement with solid understanding of Chinese‑market content logic and audience preferences. Able to deliver content recommendations from a Chinese‑market perspective alongside strong visual‑production sensibility.
5. Language: Thai, but English proficiency is preferred.
6. In‑depth knowledge of Thailand’s film‑and‑television ecosystem and policy with established industry connections and networks.
7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media or related fields is preferred. Practical project experience carries higher weight; exceptional candidates may be exempt from formal‑degree requirements.
8. Nice‑to‑have: Prior experience on Sino‑Thai co‑producedexperiences; familiarity with streaming‑platform content frameworks.
