任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，影视制作、传媒、商务管理等相关专业优先。

2、5年以上影视行业相关经验，熟悉影视剧制作流程或拥有丰富的艺人商务资源。

3、具备团队管理经验，能够有效领导和管理跨文化团队。

4、英语、泰语可作为工作语言，精通中文优先考虑。

5、出色的沟通和谈判技巧，能够与各方合作伙伴建立良好的关系

工作内容：

资源整合与管理：

1、根据公司战略，拓展泰国及东南亚地区的影视市场，寻找新的商业机会。

2、负责开发和维护泰国地区的影视行业资源，包括但不限于制片公司、导演、编剧、艺人经纪公司等。

3、协调与泰国本地影视制作团队的合作，确保项目顺利推进。

（二）影视项目开发：

1、参与影视项目的策划、制作及发行，确保项目符合公司战略方向。

2、负责与泰国本地合作伙伴沟通，推动项目的落地执行。

（三）艺人商务合作：

1、与品牌、广告商、影视公司等对接，洽谈代言、广告、影视剧、综艺等合作项目。

2、负责艺人商务谈判、合同签订及后续合作跟进。

3、整合资源，提升艺人曝光率和商业价值。

（四）团队管理：

1、管理和领导本地团队，确保团队高效运作。

2、负责团队成员的招聘、培训及绩效评估。

Position: CEO/Executive Director

Base: Bangkok

Requirements:

1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in film production, media, business management, or related fields.

2、Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the film industry, with a strong understanding of film production processes or extensive commercial resources in artist management.

3、Team Management: Proven experience in team management, with the ability to effectively lead and manage cross-cultural teams.

4、Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Thai as working languages; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

5、Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various partners.

Responsibilities:

1、 Resource Integration and Management:

（1）Market Expansion: Explore the film market in Thailand and Southeast Asia in line with the company’s strategy, identifying new business opportunities.

（2）Resource Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain film industry resources in Thailand, including but not limited to production companies, directors, screenwriters, and artist agencies.

（3）Collaboration Coordination: Coordinate with local film production teams in Thailand to ensure smooth project execution.

2、 Film Project Development:

（1）Project Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning, production, and distribution of film projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

（2）Local Partner Communication: Communicate with local partners in Thailand to drive project implementation.

3、Artist Commercial Cooperation:

（1）Partnership Negotiation: Liaise with brands, advertisers, and film companies to negotiate endorsement, advertising, film, and variety show collaborations.

（2）Contract Management: Handle artist commercial negotiations, contract signing, and follow-up on collaborations.

（3）Resource Integration: Leverage resources to enhance artist exposure and commercial value.

4、Team Management:

（1）Team Leadership: Manage and lead local teams to ensure efficient operations.

（2）Recruitment and Training: Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
