Provide technical services of enzyme products for clients engaged in fuel ethanol, edible alcohol and distillery businesses in Brazil and South America, including technical communications, responses to production process consultations, provision of professional information and data, and resolution of pain points in fermentation and distillation processes (e.g., improving alcohol yield, inhibiting miscellaneous bacteria, reducing energy consumption).
2. Participate in local industry academic events and technical seminars across South America and Brazil, deliver technical presentations on enzyme products for alcohol fermentation on behalf of the company, and enhance the company’s technical influence within the South American alcohol industry.
3. Gain in-depth insights into market conditions of raw materials (sugarcane and corn) for alcohol production and trends in sugar/starch content variation in Brazil and South America. Assist customers in adjusting enzyme application protocols and fermentation process parameters in response to raw material fluctuations, and lead or participate in on-site factory trials and data validation of enzyme applications.
4. Conduct training on enzyme product knowledge for alcohol production and fermentation technology for internal sales teams of the South America branch and local partners. Support sales staff of the South America branch to deeply explore customer demands, consolidate client relationships and achieve performance targets through professional technical support.
